J-Roe, as he was affectionately called by family and friends, was known for his vibrant personality and zest for life. He was the cherished son of Thomas A. Hand and Staci Buford Hand, and the beloved twin brother to Perry Albert Hand II. His family was central to his world, and he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. His paternal grandparents, Perry Albert and Joan Hunt Hand, and maternal grandmother Sue Ferguson Buford, held a special place in his heart.
