Shaunah Kelly Orwin Death: Beloved Chesterfield Mother Dies at 38

The Staveley and Chesterfield communities are mourning the death of Shaunah Kelly Orwin, a beloved mother of four who passed away at the age of 38 following a period of ill health. Her death has left family members, friends and loved ones heartbroken as they remember a woman whose life was centered around her family and the people she cared about.

Shaunah was born in Chesterfield and spent her early years growing up in Barrow Hill before later making her home in Middlecroft, where she had lived for the past 16 years. Throughout her life, family was at the heart of everything she did. Those who knew her remember her for the love and devotion she showed toward her children and the importance she placed on spending time with those closest to her.

Before her health prevented her from continuing to work, Shaunah was employed as a school cleaner at Springwell College. She was regarded as a caring and dedicated person who took pride in her work. Outside her job, she enjoyed reading, watching horror films and spending precious time with family and friends.

Shaunah leaves behind her separated husband, Steve, and her four children, Scarlet, Rhys, Callum and Ruby Leigh. She is also survived by her mother, Sheena, father, Will, and stepfather, James. Her passing has created an immense loss for her family, particularly her children, who will continue to carry her memory with them.

Shaunah died following a period of ill health, but her family has not publicly disclosed a specific medical cause of death.
